Refund policy

You may return or exchange a purchased item within 30 days of delivery for store credit (online store credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued). To qualify, the item must be in the original, unused condition. Customer is responsible for the shipping of an item for reasons other than defect. Please include order number and details regarding return or exchange with shipment.

To complete our exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygienic purposes, we DO NOT honor refunds for used products. 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you of receipt and begin inspection process. We will notify you on the status of your refund upon inspecting the item.
