Order Processing
All orders are processed 2-5 business days. Tracking numbers will delivered through your chosen mode of communication, email or text.

Disclaimers
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out, and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed.
If a package is tracked as "Delivered", Touch of a Queen will not process a refund for that package. Please followup with shipping carrier.
If an item is returned to us because it is unclaimed, the buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed.
If a package is marked as "undeliverable" and/or "unclaimed" and is returned to Touch of a Queen, we will automatically process the customer a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Package will not be resent.
